THC Employer Services provide a substantial range of short and long courses for delivery either in the workplace or within our dedicated training centres. All of these training courses can be adapted to meet the specific needs of a particular group or department within the business, or to focus upon a specific issue. For example, a Customer Service NVQ can be adapted to link to a company’s sales strategy, with an increased emphasis on ‘Up-Selling’, therefore linking customer service to increasing sales.
