THC Employer Services deliver a substantial range of short and long courses. You can find the right course searching by either:
- course title
- subject
- or job role
All of these training courses can be adapted to meet the specific needs of a particular group or department within the business, or to focus upon a specific issue. For example, a Customer Service NVQ can be adapted to link to a company's sales strategy, with an increased emphasis on 'Up-Selling', and linking customer service to increasing sales. Or there could be a particular emphasis on resolving customer issues and complaints.
