THC Employer Services offers a bespoke service aimed at employers which offers a fully funded recruitment package to your business. Together with our partners we'll source the right candidates for you, screen potential candidates, sift applications, and where appropriate, hold information days about your vacancies.

 For larger recruitment campaigns we will advertise on your behalf free of charge. Should your employees require certain specific skills or qualifications prior to employment, we also have the funding to train appropriate candidates. Employer led courses can include a variety of elements including IT, customer care and financial literacy as well as delivering thos core employability skills required by the employer.

This training can be tailored to meet your specific recruitment requirements. As an employer, we can provide you with the opportunity to strengthen your links with the local community and increase awareness of the talent that exists on your doorstep. The college has successfully recruited for Waitrose, the Metropolitan Police, Rentokil initial, Travelodge and many more, filling vacancies from entry-level positions to graduate posts, in small businesses and the corporate sector.
